Copyright Infringement Notice

- Your physical or electronic signature.
After receiving a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the material while we review the matter.
Counter Notice
If your material has been removed or disabled and you believe this happened by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notice. Please include your name, contact details, the URL or location of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and your physical or electronic signature.
Trademark and Other Intellectual Property
If you believe a trademark, brand name, design, image, or other intellectual property right is being used improperly, please provide enough detail for us to identify the material and understand your claim. We may remove, update, credit, or otherwise address material when appropriate.

JayHawk Rent is not a court or intellectual property tribunal. We review notices in good faith and may act based on the information provided, but we do not make final legal determinations between disputing parties.
